Purchase Requirements

A valid, USDA-compliant hemp license is required by us prior to your receipt of our product. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. By placing the order, the purchaser agrees to the terms included in our Material Transfer Agreement and hereby releases Almanac Planting Co from any claims arising from this purchase.

Each variety requires a minimum order of one tray. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of total sales order is due upon order. Final balance due upon pick up.

Orders will receive scheduling priority based upon the date the order and deposit are received.

Almanac Planting Co makes no warranty other than to warrant our clones to be true to variety.
